The particle filling and capping machine is an automatic production line that integrates filling and capping operations. It applies to the product likes particle in chemistry, pharmaceutical and food. It has such functions, automatic bottle feed, automatic charging (filled material), automatic dispensing, automatic cap arrangement and automatic capping. its features are compact structure, small floor area, single driving power and continuous production. Before normal production, a proper amount of the filled material or caps shall be taken manually into the hopper or vibrating tray, and a proper number of filling bottles shall be placed orderly in the bottle tray. It features simple operation, low power and low energy consumption. It is made mainly of stainless steel and complies with the drug and food production standard.
